1. Program Name
Aipaca — a University of Oklahoma IRB-approved lung cancer screening research assistant.
2. Program Description
When you opt in to Aipaca, you will receive occasional SMS text messages related to your participation in the University of Oklahoma lung cancer screening research study. Aipaca is a research service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
3. How to Opt Out

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, contact your research team at the University of Oklahoma to re-consent.

6. Messaging and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 1 to 5 messages per patient per consultation. This is a conversational research service, not a recurring or scheduled marketing campaign. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://aipaca.app/privacy.
8. Consent Records

9. Clinical Care Not Affected
Opting out of SMS does not affect a patient's clinical care or their participation in the research study.
